Luxury Residential Construction Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Residential Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing luxury home constructions, with strong leadership and project management skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Trade-based carpentry qualification (preferred)
- 3-10+ years' supervising experience of luxury homes ($2M+)
- Deep understanding of on-site challenges & running programme
- Strong proactivity, energy, communication skills & presence
- Reasonable understanding of in-office systems (Excel & Outlook etc)
