Luxury Residential Project Coordinator

A seasoned Project Manager is required to oversee the successful delivery of luxury residential projects.
You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, cost-effective and high-quality results.
- Develop accurate project estimates based on detailed architectural plans.
- Prepare and administer contracts with subcontractors, including variations and change orders.
- Manage project budgets, track costs and identify opportunities for value engineering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects and consultants.
- Create and manage detailed construction programs to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, preferably in high-end residential construction.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software preferred.
