Architectural Sales Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious sales professional to join our team as an Architectural Sales Manager in the luxury residential and architectural design market.

This client-facing role involves proactively developing and managing relationships with high-end residential architects, designers, builders, and developers.

You will be working closely with a portfolio of premium flooring products sought-after by discerning homeowners and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive business growth
  • Actively seeking out and securing new business opportunities within the luxury residential and architectural space
  • Managing a territory and conducting regular face-to-face meetings with clients and industry professionals
  • Providing technical product guidance and design support tailored to each project
  • Attending industry events and representing the company at trade shows and design exhibitions
  • Overseeing projects from specification to completion to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience selling flooring or interior surface products, specifically into the high-end residential market
  • Strong background in on-the-road sales and territory management
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build, and close new business opportunities
  • A genuine interest in design, architecture, and interior spaces
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with industry professionals
  • A consultative sales style with a passion for delivering tailored solutions
