High-End Residential Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will work in tandem with the Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Director on 2-3 luxury homes.
This role involves legal/contracts, compliance, insurance, procurement, cost control, contract/project administration, and reporting activities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Project or Construction (Management) or other relevant qualifications, with 3+ years working in a similar role with a builder directly (Tier 4 or high-end residential preferably).
Responsibilities:- Establishing the procurement process
- Subcontractor/supplier management
- Administration of commercial aspects of subcontractor arrangements
- Preparation of internal financial reporting
- Scopes and claims interpreting architectural plans
- Bachelor's Degree in Project or Construction (Management) or other relevant qualifications
- 3+ years working in a similar role with a builder directly (Tier 4 or high-end residential preferably)
- Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure to meet urgent deadlines
- Thorough understanding of the pre-construction administration process and prioritizing authority items are essential
- Communicate effectively with authorities and third-party stakeholders
- Software Experience Buildertrend, Procore, and Microsoft Office
