About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Sales Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships with startups and technology companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including startup founders, venture capitalists, and technology partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to partners on AWS cloud computing solutions and services.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with partners, including joint sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales or business development in the software/technology industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including startup founders and technology partners.
  • Experience working with partners through account management, product management, program management, and business development engagements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate effectively across internal and external organizations and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with Systems Integrators and Consulting Companies to achieve sales.
  • Prior direct sales experience is preferred, with a track record of meeting and exceeding quota/KPIs.
  • Experience working within the startup industry, having Cloud, SaaS, platform experience is highly desired.
