About the Role

As a Sustainability and Community Engagement Specialist in our Group ESG team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our strategy, purpose, and reputation by working with community organisations to deliver projects improving financial education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Social Impact Initiatives Lead with projects enhancing financial education programs, including developing new MoneyBusiness modules for community professionals working with First Nations participants.
  • Develop and review financial education content for First Nations and other participants.
  • Maintain strong relationships with community partners and vendors, including Indigenous-led organisations.
  • Contribute to customer financial wellbeing initiatives by sharing insights gained from community partnerships.
  • Support social impact projects across the team as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in adult education or instructional design.
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Experience collaborating with Indigenous-led organisations.
  • Excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage competing demands.
