Customer Service Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team at Pact Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage escalated customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate and helpful information
- Run daily reports and conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- SAP experience is ideal, with proficiency in MS Office 365
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
