Customer Service Lead

About this opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team at Pact Group.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing escalated queries from customers
- Processing customer orders
- Responding to email and phone enquiries from customers regarding sales orders and stock availability
- Running daily reports and conducting data analysis via SAP and Excel
- Liaising with the broader team on pricing and availability
- Liaising with customers and dispatch to coordinate and follow up deliveries
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent customer service approach
- Experience within a manufacturing (FMCG) or distribution environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- SAP experience is ideal/MS Office 365
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
