Customer Service Supervisor Role Overview
At INEOS Automotive, we are looking for a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of service level agreements and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the UK-based contact center team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments and external partners to drive customer satisfaction.
- Work proactively to identify and resolve customer complaints, ensuring all issues are resolved within service level agreements.
- Provide support to the outsourced contact center team and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of service level agreements and customer support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and a strong understanding of customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, with a focus on customer experience and service delivery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
