About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our store teams and drive exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Leading and managing store teams to achieve sales and service targets
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless store operations
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • A passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
