About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer-facing staff, ensuring that our stores provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer-facing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with store managers and other departments to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
