Significant front end and POS knowledge Unparalleled commitment to customer service Experience in supervising staff Accurate staff rostering will be an advantage Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach Excellent communication skills Ability to liaise with both staff and management An understanding of ordering and cost control Commitment to occupational health and safety standards
