About the RoleThe Legal Associate Director/Director will play a pivotal role in leading a cross-functional team in the development, maintenance, and strategy of our OMS and other complementary solutions.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the creation, curation, and updating of content that helps our clients navigate their compliance obligations with ease and accuracy.
The role will work closely with legal and risk experts, IT professionals, and client service teams to ensure that the solution remains relevant, accurate, and user-friendly.
Main Responsibilities- Drive the strategy, design, and roadmap of OMS and other complementary solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and evolving market needs.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of content delivery, ensuring all content is accurate, timely, and aligns with relevant strategy.
- Lead the planning, monitoring, and reporting on content work delivery, ensuring all content-related activities are on track and meet predefined objectives and deadlines.
- Build and maintain a robust content delivery methodology, incorporating an effective Quality Assurance/Quality Control framework.
- Lead the execution of Go To Market activities in collaboration with the Marketing & Growth and Brand, Marketing & Communications teams.
- 10+ years of legal and/or compliance experience, with a legal qualification highly desirable.
- Experience in highly regulated retail industries, such as financial services, telecommunications, energy, or regulators.
- Established experience in building and leading new offerings, services, or solutions, including business development activities.
- Exemplary legal and compliance technical skills, with familiarity with obligation management systems beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving strategic initiatives, client needs, and differentiation through innovation.
