About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Valuation Leader to join our team at Acumentis Group. As a Senior Valuer/Associate Director/Director, you will be responsible for leading projects in VIC, working closely with our National Projects team. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including projects, litigation, acquisition, and land access.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification and Valuer qualification (CPV) and API membership.
- Working knowledge of the VIC property market and experience in projects and litigation valuations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
