About the role:

The Legal Associate Director/Director will play a pivotal role in leading a cross-functional team in the development, maintenance, and strategy of our OMS and other complementary solutions. The role will be responsible for overseeing the creation, curation, and updating of content that helps our clients navigate their compliance obligations with ease and accuracy.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning, monitoring, and reporting on content work delivery, ensuring that all content-related activities are on track and meet predefined objectives and deadlines.
  • Building and maintaining a robust content delivery methodology, incorporating an effective Quality Assurance/Quality Control framework. Foster a continuous improvement mindset to enhance content quality and delivery processes.
  • Lead the execution of go-to-market activities in collaboration with the marketing and growth and brand, marketing, and communications teams, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with the strategy and contribute to its success.

About you:

  • 10+ years of experience in legal and/or compliance, with a legal qualification highly desirable.
  • You are looking to work full-time or 4 days a week (the role can be either).

  • Demonstrated experience in achieving strategic initiatives, client needs, and differentiation through innovation.
  • Highly effective 'doer' with proven success in leading quality delivery of complex processes and driving collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience in engaging and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong team leadership experience, including supervising, motivating, and performance managing a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated experience in overcoming obstacles through critical thinking, analysis, and decision-making.
