Job Description

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to provide regional support for our team in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day processing of HR requests related to various service lines, including employee life cycle, integrated talent, global mobility, learning & development, compensation & benefits, payroll, people analytics, and HRIS.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and deliver assigned HR services according to defined service level agreements
  • Maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy in systems
  • Provide on-demand reports related to processes when required
  • Manage and liaise with Payroll Managed Service partner for weekly and monthly payroll
  • Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for HR Time-related activities
  • Deliver HR service support to the HR community, managers, and employees
  • Recommend enhancements and simplifications of existing processes and procedures
  • Participate in quality control and audit activities
Your Background
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Full-time position with hybrid work arrangements available
  • Cross-country HR operations support experience preferred
  • Experience in HR Shared Services for a global company an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office, organizational, coordinating, and analytical skills
