We're looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support our business units in delivering high-quality workforce solutions and strategic advice. This role involves working closely with our P&C Business Partners and business leaders to implement strategies, manage HRIS systems, and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • SUPPORT KEY WORKFORCE DISCIPLINES including talent acquisition, HRIS management, P&C projects, reporting, and analytics to drive business performance.
  • PROVIDE EXPERT ADVICE on Employee Relation matters.
  • SUPPORT AND OVERSEE HR/IR CASE MANAGEMENT ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
  • DEVELOP PERSONAL SKILLS AND EXPERTISE in People and Culture to deliver innovative solutions.
  • PROVIDE GUIDANCE on remuneration, benefits, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, employee reward frameworks, policy interpretation, and application to improve processes.
  • IMPLEMENT CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND RETENTION STRATEGIES to benefit both employees and Northrop Grumman.

About You:

  • You hold a Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • You have demonstrated experience in delivering P&C advice in a business/commercial environment.
  • You have PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN ER CASE MANAGEMENT, INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, AND ENTERPRISE AGREEMENTS.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You can maintain discretion, exercise confidentiality, and navigate ambiguity and complexity within our organisation.
