About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term, part-time (3 days a week) basis. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with leaders across various portfolios, enhancing employee experience, and supporting managers to lead their teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to provide expert advice and solutions on generalist People and Culture activities and industrial relations matters.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workforce engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Lead workplace investigations, performance improvement, and disciplinary processes.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with talent strategies and ongoing project work.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a People and Culture Business Partner role in a medium-to-large organisation.
  • Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • A comprehensive understanding of employment legislation, awards, and agreements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A proven track record of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
