As a Sales Representative with Hitachi Construction Machinery, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers within your assigned territory, actively seeking out new sales opportunities, and promoting the sales of Hitachi Construction Equipment and Bell Dump Trucks. You will also be responsible for general marketing, trade shows, and related networking activities, as well as accurate reporting of current and prospective activity, growth potential, market, and competitor analysis.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated sales experience and success, previous employment in a similar position or industry is preferred but not essential. You will also have a genuine desire to deliver Hitachi's Promise of Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. Additionally, you will have a motivated and competitive drive to not only meet but exceed sales targets, strategic and analytical capability to assess value, including the use of CRM, confident, courteous, and professional communication and presentation skills, self-motivated, and the ability to work autonomously. A current driver's license is also required.
