Lead Culture Transformation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our culture transformation efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving organisational performance through effective leadership, strategy development, and cultural initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, developing and implementing cultural strategies, and driving change management initiatives. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cultural strategy that aligns with our organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to drive cultural initiatives and programmes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement organisational change management initiatives.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluation to ensure cultural strategy is on track.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources or a related field with substantial organisational development experience.
  • Proven leadership in building and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Experience in culture transformation, change management, and major organisational initiatives.
