Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strategic relationships with prospective customers, demonstrating our products and services, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a highly proficient approach to customer discovery, customer communications, and the sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute individual territory plans that define target accounts based on the best fit for our services and solutions.
  • Strategically pursue opportunities and relationships/partnerships resulting from independent business development activities or in response to leads from our demand generation team.
  • Communicate compelling recommendations that are linked and responsive to our customers' most pressing business challenges.
  • Generate, nurture, and manage new leads and business opportunities throughout a multi-month sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales, growth, and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A demonstrable capability in building new relationships and expanding existing ones.
  • An exceptional communicator with an ability to develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships that reinforce value and leverage data and insights.
  • Analytical, flexible to change, self-motivated, confident, and possess strong networking and problem-solving skills, with an undeniable personal impact.
