We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our fast-paced organization in a period of accelerated growth. As a Regional Sales Director, you will lead, engage, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team to achieve growth targets for Coloplast's chronic care portfolios across South Australia and Western Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive results by providing clear direction and defining priorities for the team
  • Plan, organize, and administer the sales region, translating business strategies into clear objectives and tactics
  • Build strategic customer relationships, identifying opportunities and establishing effective relationships with key customers and employees
  • Motivate and influence others, establishing high standards and challenging the team to remain accountable to achieve goals
  • Shape sales strategy, developing and implementing sales plans and strategies for the assigned sales region through a deep understanding of the market

To succeed, you will have:

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably within medical devices/healthcare/pharma
  • Willingness and ability to travel interstate and overseas where required
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach with a history of high performance
  • Ability to positively coach sales team and develop a Passion to Win
  • Knowledge of current and emerging industry trends, technologies, and competitors
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate, and advocate
