About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team at Coloplast, a leading medical device company. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve growth targets for our chronic care portfolios across South Australia and Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Results: Provide clear direction and define priorities for the team. Meet or exceed KPIs, sales targets, and quotas for the sales region.
  • Plan, Organise and Administer Sales Region: Translate business strategies into clear objectives and tactics. Create realistic plans considering budget, staffing, and account responsibilities.
  • Build Strategic Customer Relationships: Identify strategic business opportunities. Establish effective relationships with key customers and employees.
  • Motivate and Influence Others: Establish high standards and challenge team to remain accountable to achieve goals.
  • Shape Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for the assigned sales region through a deep understanding of the market.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience preferably within medical devices/healthcare/pharma.
  • Willingness and ability to travel interstate and overseas where required.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach with a history of high performance.
  • Ability to positively coach sales team and develop a Passion to Win.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate, and advocate.
