Job Description

Bosch is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager for Victoria. This is a Maximum term (2 Years) full-time opportunity, based at our headquarters in Clayton, with regular domestic and occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities in robotics, automation, manufacturing consulting, and equipment servicing.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic partners.
  • Conduct key customer business acquisition and coordinate marketing activities for VIC.
  • Represent Bosch at exhibitions and conferences and facilitate regular discussions with customers.
  • Develop and implement business and go-to-market strategies in VIC.
  • Analyze market data to identify business opportunities and cross-selling possibilities.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
  • Experience in selling capital equipment, preferably in Automation.
  • Experience in Factory Automation, Robotics, or Industry 4.0 (I4.0) in Manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing an extensive sales region.
  • High-level sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and strong presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel skills, with a good understanding of Technical Drawings.
  • Experience in Salesforce platform and current and valid driver's license.
