Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Sales Manager to lead our team at My People Solutions. Our company has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and supplying high-quality wall materials and solutions to the trade, commercial, and residential builders.

About the Role
- Lead a small team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
- Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship building to establish strong partnerships
- Manage trade and retail counter sales, including orders and customer inquiries
- Coordinate logistics and procurement to ensure efficient supply chain management
- Oversee stock management and inventory control to meet customer demands
- Develop and implement sales strategies to recognize opportunities and forecast sales growth
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Motivate and support team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in trade sales management, preferably in the building sector
- Strong understanding of construction and wall cladding principles, with a basic understanding of building codes and regulations
- Experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- A positive attitude, passion for driving sales, and a customer-centric approach
