The Opportunity

We're seeking a Head of Sales Performance to drive our sales team to exceed targets and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. You'll work closely with our Executive General Manager Self Managed Division to develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with our business goals.



Your Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed admissions and revenue budgets
  • Align sales targets with the Group's growth goals and objectives
  • Foster a culture of collaboration with operations, marketing, and recruitment teams to ensure alignment of strategies and effective communication
  • Recognise industry trends to improve sales strategies
  • Frequent communication with senior management


What We're Looking For


  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a services sales environment, including demonstrated sales leadership capabilities
  • The business acumen to identify commercial imperatives and drivers of the business and foster a deeper understanding of priorities across the team
  • The ability to adapt and adjust to changes and challenges in the business swiftly and who has the judgement and maturity to make decisions under pressure, often with incomplete information
  • Planning skills and the ability to work at pace across a large-scale environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM management and advanced Excel skills
