The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Sales Performance Director to lead our sales team in exceeding sales targets for new Home Care Package clients. You will foster a collaborative and high-performance culture by enhancing the sales team's skills and capabilities.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager Self Managed Division, you will be joining the team in a newly formed role at a crucial moment in the growth of our business as we look forward to the Support at Home reforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed admissions and revenue budgets.
  • Align sales targets with the Group's growth goals and objectives.
  • Lead the team through the integration into the Australian Unity landscape.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration with operations, marketing, and recruitment teams to ensure alignment of strategies and effective communication.
  • Recognise industry trends to improve sales strategies.
  • Frequent communication with senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a services sales environment, including demonstrated sales leadership capabilities.
  • The business acumen to identify commercial imperatives and drivers of the business and foster a deeper understanding of priorities across the team.
  • The ability to adapt and adjust to changes and challenges in the business swiftly and who has the judgement and maturity to make decisions under pressure, often with incomplete information.
  • Planning skills and the ability to work at pace across a large-scale environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM management and advanced Excel skills.
