We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at Repco Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a key leadership role within our retail team. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers, managing promotional offers and store inventory, and coaching our Customer Sales and Service Representatives.

You will work closely with our Store Manager to achieve sales targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and promote a positive and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and staff supervision
  • Create an engaging shopping experience for customers through effective display and presentation standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Coach and develop our Customer Sales and Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, stock levels, and employee performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • A valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time
