As our Regional Manager, you will lead, support and mentor the Retail Store Teams within your region, delivering more expertise, more service, more value and more care for people, pets and the planet.

The Opportunity...

  • Lead and guide the team to achieve sales, KPIs along with delivering world class customer service
  • Regular visits of all stores within region providing feedback and direction to the team
  • Ensure successful, timely and accurate execution of key department initiatives
  • Drive performance of Pet Services within the store group
  • Actively work with Store Managers in promoting induction and relevant training opportunities with their team
  • Support Store Managers with stock and margin management along with stocktake, ensuring completed as directed by the Loss & Risk team
  • Coach and mentor team to provide development and succession opportunities
  • Own and champion Team Engagement within store group, working with Store Managers to identify and implement focus areas and actions at group and store level.
  • Support your store team to recruit and onboard team members
  • Monthly reporting/New store business cases where required
  • Analyse in detail any opposition's stock mix, by product, volume, supplier, presentation to assist the Merchandise team to determine the appropriate stock mix and volume
  • Actively follow, coach and champion WH&S guidelines and processes.
  • Location is North West of Victoria with locations such as Mildura, Shepparton.
