Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and commissioning of complex analytical instruments to ensure seamless setup from delivery to customer sign-off.
  • Perform hands-on repairs and routine maintenance to optimize performance and reliability of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools and expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Provide remote support and guidance to minimize downtime and maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers to keep them informed of progress and resolution timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues when needed to ensure swift, high-quality technical support and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (Advanced Diploma or higher) with 2+ years' experience in technical or customer support.
  • Technical Skills: Strong hands-on technical skills, including experience with precision mechanics and the use of diagnostic tools and toolkits.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer relationship skills, with a service-driven mindset and ability to engage across all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to problem-solve, stay composed under pressure, and make sound decisions independently in the field.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, with the initiative to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
