About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience organization, you will play a crucial role in empowering customers to accelerate business value through differentiated customer experiences that leverage Microsoft's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate and resolve complex customer technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
  2. Develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable resolution of customer issues through targeted training and readiness initiatives.
  3. Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately to resolve, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Compliance workloads, including Sensitivity Labels, Retention policies & records management, eDiscovery workflows, and DLP configuration and policy troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and familiarity with reading message traces, audit logs, and telemetry.
  • Experience supporting or using Microsoft 365 Defender, Security & Compliance Center.
