About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at ORS Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical services to our clients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised plans to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote independence, mobility, and participation
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practice guidelines

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one
