Resident Mobility Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident Mobility Assistant to join our team at Eldercare. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the mobility and activity of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents to participate in exercise and physical activity, and achieve reablement goals.
- Support residents to participate in events and activities, and engage in important social connection.
- Work closely with our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Wellbeing Consultants to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide 1:1 support to residents to access spaces within the facility, including outdoors.
- Existing working rights in Australia.
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, Health & Leisure, or Ageing Support, or Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
- A genuine passion to provide person-centered care.
- The ability to work individually and in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
