About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at ORS Group. As a key member of our NDIS allied health services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and interventions, including Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments, Sensory Assessments, Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments, Home Modifications Assessments, Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments, Environmental Risk Assessments, and Skill building and ongoing therapy.
  • Work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support participants in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Provide education and support to participants, families, and caregivers to promote independence and self-advocacy.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA.
  • A car and licence.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one.
