We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Allied Health Clinician to join our team at Mindwaves Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people across the lifespan.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including psychological and speech pathology evaluations, to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote client growth and well-being.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
- Participate in clinical supervision and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Current registration with AHPRA or Speech Pathology Australia.
- Current Medicare registration (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in various therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry developments.
- Reliable, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care.
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience working with diverse populations is highly desirable.
