Operational Schedule Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Schedule Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time permanent position based in Western suburbs, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
As a Schedule Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling client visits to staff with the appropriate skills in the relevant areas, minimizing staff travel and non-direct tasks. You will also receive calls routed from CSC in relation to care recipient/external providers queries and respond to them in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have experience gained in a similar role, including the navigation of multiple platforms, solid administration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong organizational and problem-solving mindset, intermediate computer literacy (MS Office), excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential requirements.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to stretch your logistical skills and analytical thinking, working closely with roster coordinators to ensure resources meet client demand.
