Job Opportunity: Scheduling Coordinator

The role of a Scheduling Coordinator is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of installations and maintenance services. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, scheduling installers and field technicians, and responding to installation inquiries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Scheduling of installers and field technicians, and managing the job allocation process
  • Liaising with customers and providing regular updates on installation progress
  • Ensuring installations are completed on time and to the required quality standards
  • Managing and reviewing the job allocation process to optimize efficiency
  • Performing general administration duties to support the team's success

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience working in a similar environment and possessing strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure
  • Proven experience with handling customer inquiries and dispute resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
