About the Role

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Operations Scheduler to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in efficiently planning and organising works to align with deadlines, optimise workforce utilisation, and ensure ample resources for substantial projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting appropriate work schedules, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and collaborating with Program Managers to maintain quality and assess performance metrics.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated ability in project planning and scheduling using project management methodologies, proficiency in real-time monitoring systems, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely communication of schedules to key stakeholders
  • Interface with client ERP systems to gather service order details and plan jobs for efficiency
  • Prepare comprehensive job packs covering priorities, safety requirements, materials, and client details
  • Consult with stakeholders to secure permits and authorisations
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to maintain quality and schedule audits
