Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to coordinate the scheduling of internal and external resources to support site attendance, building assessments, restoration works, and warranty services across all divisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess incoming job requests to determine the appropriate personnel considering task requirements, timing, and necessary skillsets.
  • Allocate internal and external resources effectively to meet operational requirements.
  • Schedule jobs promptly coordinating with both internal teams and external contractors as needed.
  • Maintain a centralized resource calendar to support real-time visibility of team availability, job assignments, and time off.
  • Prioritize job scheduling based on project size, key performance indicators, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with project coordinators and claims coordinators providing administrative support as required.
  • Oversee the progress of external specialist reports ensuring delivery within set KPIs and reporting accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in scheduling and resource allocation. Additionally, they will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate records.
