Estimation and Contract Management Opportunity

As an expert in project budgeting and timelines, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for luxury residential projects and overseeing all aspects of contract management from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for luxury residential projects based on industry standards and best practices.
  • Contract Administration: Oversee all aspects of contract administration, ensuring seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • Client Liaison: Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project alignment, budget control, and effective communication.
  • Procurement Management: Assess subcontractor and supplier quotes, manage procurement processes, and optimize project resources.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction, with proven expertise in project budgeting and timelines.
  • Project Value: Proven experience working on projects valued up to $10 million, demonstrating exceptional skills in project management and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency: Strong proficiency in project management tools, such as Procore, essential for efficient project execution and data management.
  • Certifications and Skills: Strong understanding of construction contracts, project timelines, and compliance, with relevant certifications and skills to support project success.
