High-End Residential Finishing Foreman Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contract Finishing Foreman to manage internal finishing works on a high-end residential development in the Eastern Suburbs.

This project features bespoke architectural design and luxury interiors, requiring meticulous attention to detail and quality workmanship. As the Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of internal finishing works, including joinery, tiling, fixtures & fittings, painting, and final detailing.

  • Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades onsite.
  • Ensure all works are delivered to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage timelines and sequencing.
  • Conduct quality checks and defect management.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and productive work environments.
  • Report to the Site Manager and support the broader construction team in delivering the project on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on high-end residential projects worth over $15 million.
  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Carpentry background or equivalent.
  • Current White Card and relevant tickets.

You will be paid a competitive hourly rate via PTY or PAYG.
