As a high-end construction specialist, you will play a key role in managing the administrative and contractual aspects of residential development projects.

About the Role

With your expertise in procurement, progress claims, and cash flow management, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, prestigious projects. You will ensure seamless collaboration with architects, consultants, and clients to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules
  • Administer progress claims and variations, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Develop and maintain accurate cash flow and project cost management systems
  • Handle RFIs and coordinate responses from architects, consultants, and clients
  • Manage subcontractor packages and payments, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary education in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in luxury or high-end residential construction
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Extensive knowledge of contractual agreements and laws governing construction projects
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
