Senior Construction Lead - High-End Architectural Projects

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Lead to oversee the delivery of high-end architectural homes.

This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with our team and directors to ensure site operations meet exceptional standards.

The successful candidate will have 15+ years in residential construction, preferably in architectural builds, with strong carpentry/building trade skills and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include managing and leading trades on-site, reading and interpreting detailed plans, and maintaining quality control.

Requirements:

15+ years in residential construction, ideally in architectural builds

Strong carpentry/building trade skills with high attention to detail

Ability to manage and lead trades on-site

Confident reading and interpreting detailed plans

Organised, proactive, and committed to quality

Clear communicator who can liaise with clients, trades, and consultants
