This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Sydney's most respected custom home builders as a Leading Hand. You will be working on high-end projects in the Eastern Suburbs, delivering prestige homes ranging from $2m-$10m.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and mentoring trades onsite
  • Supporting the Site Manager and running sections of projects
  • Ensuring quality finishes are delivered to the highest standard
  • Reading and interpreting plans with precision
  • Driving site productivity while maintaining a safe, positive work environment
Requirements
  • Carpentry trade background - solid hands-on experience is a must
  • Proven exposure to high-end residential builds
  • Eye for detail and pride in workmanship
