We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to manage high-end residential construction projects.
This role offers the opportunity to work on boutique apartments, senior living, and commercial developments while contributing to high-quality, prestigious projects.
About the RoleAs a Contract Administrator, you will oversee administrative and contractual aspects of construction projects. You will manage procurement, progress claims, variations, and cash flow, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage procurement processes including subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
- Administer progress claims and variations.
- Develop, maintain, and manage accurate project costs and cash flows.
- Handle RFIs with architects, consultants, and clients.
- Manage subcontractor packages and payments.
- Tertiary education in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator.
- Experience in luxury or high-end residential construction preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of contractual agreements and law.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
