Key Responsibilities:

  • Project assistance from inception to completion
  • Regular collaboration with consultants and engineers
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction management or related field
  • 4 to 8+ years of experience in coordination/estimating roles or as a head contractor (preferably with some residential experience)
  • Proven end-to-end project management skills from concept through to completion
  • Experience managing multiple projects and timelines
  • Strong estimating and cost planning abilities
