Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our high-end residential construction projects in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled construction professional who has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, with experience in leading teams of tradespeople and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standard.

  • Leading and mentoring a team of tradespeople and site staff
  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, and quality control
  • Developing and implementing site procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Collaborating with other departments, including design, engineering, and procurement, to deliver projects efficiently and effectively

  • Proven experience as a senior site manager or equivalent role in high-end residential construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
