Key to this commercially driven role is fostering strong client relationships, leveraging our commercial footprint in the Australian Market, and leading business development efforts. A proven track record of driving sales growth from lead generation through contract negotiation and close is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, outstanding commercial acumen, and operational coordination expertise. Proficiency in managing pricing models and commercial analysis in Excel, ensuring accuracy and transparency, is also vital.
This role requires the ability to drive proposal preparation for internal and external stakeholders, respond to public procurement processes including PQQs, RFPs, RFIs, and ITTs, and coordinate input from internal teams. The ability to monitor deal progress, provide regular updates, and proactively address issues or feedback is equally important.
Suitable candidates will have direct experience selling drone services or demonstrate a deep interest in drone technology, with a willingness to learn quickly. Experience working in full-cycle sales, managing complex client communications, and developing long-term relationships is highly valued.
