Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate business development activities in Australia by generating leads, prioritising and winning projects. You will work closely with the Regional Director and Design Director to identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively develop strategies to secure projects through tender submissions, market research, and collaboration with clients and collaborators.
  • Lead tender submissions by strategizing, coordinating, producing and delivering PQ, EOI, and RFP submissions.
  • Assess and develop new opportunities ensuring they align with market strategy and brand positioning.
  • Pipeline management by overseeing upcoming and current opportunities including reporting.
  • Contribute to and implement market strategies supporting the creation of strategic direction in Australia.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships by fostering key connections with the Regional Managing Director and Design Director.
  • Liaise with APAC and Global Business Development teams to ensure alignment.
  • Support marketing efforts collaborating on campaigns and events.
