The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Clinical Territory Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. As a Territory Manager for ENT, you will work to grow Stryker's business in hospitals and surgeon practices all over Victoria, by building strong customer partnerships, providing clinical expertise during surgical cases, and demonstrating Stryker's long-term commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Representative, you will work strategically to promote and sell Stryker ENT products to meet our customers' needs
  • Identify, qualify and close new customer sales opportunities in designated territory.
  • Plan and implement effective territory sales strategy required to progress deals through the process
  • Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships with Surgeons and Key-Opinion-Leaders
  • Ensure positive communication and collaboration with key internal partners and teams; use corporate resources effectively to maximize success of your territory
  • Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful direct healthcare sales experience in areas such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals (preferred)
  • Executive presence and influencing skills; excellent negotiation and the ability to close sales
  • Relationship savvy with a solid understanding of how to sell in the healthcare setting
  • Ability to effectively convert leads into new relationships and closed deals
